DAY ONE
Panama City – Arrival
Upon arrival, you will be met by an Arians Tours representative and transferred to the Hotel. If you arrive in the morning, early check-in can be requested, however, cannot be guaranteed. If arrival is early in the morning, you can choose some tour options available.
Included:Transfer from PTY International airport to your hotel, three nights accommodation at Best Western Panama Zen Hotel or similar on a bed and breakfast basis. Included are all activities as specified in your itinerary.
Exclude: Lunch and dinner as well as any additional purchases or services utilized at the hotel or optional tours.
Expert tips: This hotel is situated ideally in the center of Panama City, close to restaurants, casino and malls. Also, a metro station nearby allowing you to mobilize quickly at a low cost.

DAY two
Transport by bus to Las Tablas. Meet at bus terminal and transfer to the hotel
Take the metro from your closest station from your hotel to Albrook bus terminal. From there take a bus to Las Tablas. At your arrival a representative will be waiting for you to transfer you to the B&B.
Included:Metro card and transfer in Las Tablas city from the bus terminal to the hotel.
Exclude: Lunch and dinner, as well as any additional purchases or services. Also Bus ticket to Las Tablas is not included (cost aprox $ 15 per person)

DAY Three
Farmhouse and Traditional Cuisine – PM Folk Event
Visit an agro-tourist farm, with excellent weather and wonderful views, surrounded by nature, peace and tranquility, dedicated to the planting and cultivation of natural products, with a rich and varied flora and fauna, where you can meet its owners, while enjoying an informative and pleasant walk, about its varied products and the rich history of the place. You will also enjoy a homemade lunch, prepared in a traditional way, with dessert and drink prepared from the fruits harvested on the spot.
At night you can enjoy the joy and share a folk and traditional activity, enlivened with murgas, tamboritos, accordions, typical disco, food, fireworks and healthy fun with local people.
Included:activities, entrance fees, lunch in the AM activity. Soft drink or a beer on the PM Activity.

DAY Four
Iguana Island
Departure to Arenal Beach in Pedasí, take a boat to the Wildlife Refuge, Isla Iguana. This island was declared a Wildlife Refuge in 1980 with the help of the inhabitants of Pedasí. It is an important site for nesting seabirds. On the island you can find the largest colony of frigates in the central area of the Pacific Ocean, with more than 5,000 species. With its white sand beaches and warm and crystal-clear waters, it is an attraction for those who visit it. The island’s vegetation can be described as a tropical dry forest, formed by bushes with thorns, cacti, tall grass, lianas and coconut palms.

DAY Five
Historic Tour and local crafts
Departure to visit the points of greatest historical and architectural interest of Las Tablas, Guararé and La Villa. Later, visit the various local artisans, recognized for their laborious work in the preparation of the national typical costume, the Pollera, as we would appreciate the manufacture of the tembleques and techniques in world and other fabrics. Visit the artisans who make motetes, cutarras and also the drums, all of them made in a traditional way.
Included: Activities, entrance fees, soft drinks and snacks.
Exclude: Lunch and Dinner as well as any additional purchases or services.
Expert advice: Not included but it is recommended to wear a typical Panamanian costume for memorable photos of your visit to Panama.

DAY Six
Back to Panama City by bus
You are transfer to the bus terminal where you will take the bus to Panama City. At your arrival you can take the metro to the closest station to your hotel. (Transfer from the bus terminal is available at additional cost)
Included:Metro card and transfer in Las Tablas from hotel to the bus terminal
